Kegworth Town CC run a first-of-its-kind automated prize draw

Kegworth Town CC’s monthly prize draw now runs itself end-to-end: supporters choose a number, their entry fee is collected automatically each month, and the draw takes place on the 1st, with winners selected at random and notified automatically.

No volunteer needs to track who has paid, chase renewals, or run the draw by hand. Club admins simply check the dashboard to see winners and arrange payouts, turning what used to be a recurring admin job into a predictable, low-effort income stream.
